Recruitment & Promotion Internship

Are you a people person and want to develop your sense of intuition? Do you know how to plan ahead and have a strong sense of pro-activeness and responsibility?
One of the aspects you will develop in this position is to be able to sense someone’s energy and see through them to look for their talents and if they are the right feet with the community.
You will be working with online platforms to find new talented team members, screen CVs and motivation letters, schedule and make online interviews.
You have to be fairly good with language and able to write inviting texts.

Additionally, you will be involved in the promotion, branding and social media aspect of the community.

You will develop skills in recruitment and content development as well as being a consistent and reliable member of the team.

You will be working closely with your team and get assigned a mentor


  • Understanding the needs of the organisation
  • Posting on online platforms
  • Creating social media content
  • Manage application forms
  • Check CVs of applicants
  • Read motivation letters
  • Make selection of the best candidates and have on-line interviews
  • Organise open-day events in the community
  • Contribute to community tasks (cooking, cleaning, hosting,)
  • Work on a social media strategy together with our Media Cat


What we need from you:

  • Business English writing
  • Fluent in French is a plus
  • Strong communication, social and diplomatic skills
  • Ability to feel through people
  • Familiar with non-violent communication
