Catfarm is a dynamic, intercultural, sustainable and off-grid living community where each member contributes to the tasks of everyday life. Taking on responsibilities regarding the maintenance of peace and safe space for communal living and having low impact for the environmental peace establishment. Although we are a registered NGO, we do work as a community. There is plenty of space here to work and live. Before knowing anything further, know that you are signing up for a unique experience.
We offer the opportunity to live and work alongside the community while doing your studies and get a scholarship with Erasmus+. (Please check with your university’s internships and mobility department if there are funds available to carry out your internship with us.

As a Marketing intern, you’ll create campaigns that resonate with the principles of sustainability and eco-consciousness. Develop innovative strategies to promote our projects and initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our audience, attracting partners and supporters, and sharing the necessity of sustainable living within the world.
Key Tasks:
Conduct market research to determine target audience and potential partners.
Determine digital marketing strategies to reach the target and keep constant communication.
Analyze the marketing process and conduct reports.
Work in coordination with other teams to create social media posts and updates for the website.
Join our eco village as a Project Development Intern and be at the forefront of creating innovative sustainable projects. You will be involved in all stages of project development, from initial research to final implementation. With the creative team we have in Catfarm and with the help of visionary young people see your ideas grow like seeds we plant.
Key Tasks:
Research various topics and draft project proposals.
Assist in project planning and time management.
Coordinate with team members and external partners.
Monitor the progress of projects and prepare reports.Â
Conduct risk assessment and feasibility studies for the ongoing projects.
Express your artistic side as a Graphic Designer intern in our lovely eco-village. Here in Catfarm, with the harmony of nature, you’ll create visually stunning materials that reflect our commitment to sustainability. Your aim is gonna be designing remarkable pieces for our campaigns, educational materials, and project reports. Your work will reflect the beauty and importance of our off-grid lifestyle, inspiring others to join us in our mission to create a sustainable future.

Design graphics for social media campaigns, websites and print materials.
Collaborate with Marketing and Video/Animation departments on visual campaigns.
Develop branding and visual identity elements reflecting the values and commitments of Catfarm.
Bring our story to life as a Video/Animation intern in our community. Surrounded by the natural beauty of our off-grid lifestyle, you’ll capture sustainable living through your lens and animations. Create inspiring visual content that advocates our projects, educates our audience, and create hopes for a greener future. Your creativity will help spread the message of sustainability far beyond our village, influencing hearts and minds around the globe.
Key Tasks:
Plan, shoot and edit video content (for projects, for showing and spreading the lifestyle in Catfarm)
Manage video content for social media and other platforms.
Develop animations and graphics for various projects.
Collaborate with the Graphic Design team for multimedia presentations.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial management within a sustainable, off-grid community. As a Finance & Accounting Intern, you will support the financial operations of our eco-village, ensuring the smooth financial flow and integrity of our projects.
Key Tasks:
Assist in budget preparation and financial planning of the community and ongoing projects.
Maintain and update financial records and reports.
Conduct cost management and financial analysis.
Ensure harmony with financial policies and regulations.
